Client was a 45 year old female who was experiencing severe anxiety, depression, insomnia, memory issues and a complete inability to focus, concentrate or organize her life.She participated in twice weekly neurofeedback sessions for 8 months while making gradual lifestyle changes to support her improving mental health. These changes included increases in physical activity, addition of nutritional supplements and a small increase in social contacts. She did not engage in regular counseling or therapy but did have occasional sessions.
At the time the second set of readings was taken, she no longer reported any sleep issues, her mood was regularly good and when she did have down periods, they did not last for more than a day. She reported that her memory was much improved and that she could concentrate and motivate herself in a way that had not been possible for years.
